How to use the price list at your visit.
Bring the code with you. It’s the fastest way for the front desk to confirm your plan rate.
Search by name or ADA code. Your dentist can tell you the exact code for the work they recommend.
Give them your plan name — “Aetna Dental Access” — and the ADA code, and ask them to quote the plan rate.
The discount is applied at the front desk. There are no claim forms and no reimbursement to wait on.
