Need to see a specialist, or don’t see your procedure?
You will receive 20% off dental work that’s either not on this chart or performed by a specialist (an orthodontist, oral surgeon, endodontist, periodontist, prosthodontist, or pediatric specialist). Just make sure you’re going to a participating dentist.
What’s NOT included?
- Fees for services not performed by the dentist, such as lab or OSHA fees.
- At-home teeth aligners, such as Candid or Smile Direct Club.
- Treatment already in progress, such as braces you already have.

Bring the code with you. It’s the fastest way for the front desk to confirm your plan rate.
Search by name or ADA code. Your dentist can tell you the exact code for the work they recommend.
Give them your plan name — “Careington Care 500” — and the ADA code, and ask them to quote the plan rate.
The discount is applied at the front desk. There are no claim forms and no reimbursement to wait on.
